Safety Features Aboard: Fire extinguisher, life preservers, sound device & night lights as required by the Coast Guard.
Supplies Aboard: Cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, garbage can & liners, gas grill & patio furniture.
Confirmation Deposit: $250 is due when reservation is made and applies toward rental fee. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, notify us in writing at least 45 days prior to your boarding date. Your deposit will be refunded less a $150. facilitating fee. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to scheduled departure are subject to forfeiture of total prepayment. If you must re-schedule your vacation during the same year, there will be a $50 facilitating fee charged up until 45 days prior to your trip. Any rescheduling requests after this time will be treated as a cancellation. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.
Methods of Payment: Cash, money order, personal checks, cashier's check, travelers checks, MasterCard, Discover and VISA are acceptable methods of rental payment. No rebates for late arrival or early returns.
No Pet Policy: We regret that we cannot allow pets.
